I just wanted to say that you have hugely helped me with my realtor one on ones, and I wanted to thank you. I watched your video on the perfect realtor meeting about 5 times . As I’ve been meeting with realtors the last couple of weeks, it’s becoming more and more natural, and I feel so much more confidentgiving a strong call to action. Showing interest in them, building rapport, asking about their goals and challenges, asking if I can help, giving my UVP, and asking if we have an agreement moving forward has had an overwhelmingly positive response. I have met with 6 realtors in the last week. Three realtors in the have agreed to send me buyers. Two have already sent me a lead that we have prequalified. One is a whale and is meeting with me at my office next week to see how we can partner up. The other three realtors all have scheduled a second meeting with me and indicated a strong interest in working together. Iwill have 42 closings for the year by the end of February and this is giving me a ton of positive momentum. I set a goal of 240 closing for this year back in December, and this is helping me to have a stronger start than I thought was possible. Thank you!!!
